I am a lovesick bride longing to hasten the return of my King.
Maranatha!

IT IS NOT OKAY THAT JESUS IS NOT HERE!

Where is the Lord taking me next...

"Wherever you go, I will go; wherever you live, I will live." - Ruth 1:16

I pray to have a heart like Ruth, to go wherever the Lord goes, and to live wherever He leads me.

Come and journey with me!

Palawan

March 13-16, 2024

Last year, I visited Palawan for a prayer assignment and a quick vacation. Afterward, I wrote an article about my experience and the spiritual significance of Palawan. However, I haven't published it yet because I feel like the story is missing something - not just ideas about what God might do in Palawan, but what He's actually doing.

Recently, I heard about missionaries working with Palawan's tribes, sharing how God is moving among them. It struck a chord with me, and I realized I wanted to meet these missionaries and the tribal communities myself, to witness firsthand how the Lord has been moving with the people of the land. This may be the missing piece to the story that the Lord wants me to write.

Now, I've been invited to join the missionaries in Palawan for a few days. My flight there and other expenses are covered, but I still need to raise money for my return ticket and ground allowance.

Right now, a return ticket to Manila costs around 3,000-4,000 pesos, plus we need around 2,000 pesos for our four-day stay in Palawan.

Any extra funds I receive will go directly to supporting the ministry in Palawan.

Thailand

May 10-19, 2024

Feeling a strong conviction in my heart that God was urging me towards the mission field, during the last JRev ConvergenZ, I made the decision to sign up for JRev Missions. It felt like the most natural and necessary step of faith for someone like me, who knows deep down that my calling lies in serving on the field.

Our upcoming mission trip will take us to Chang Mai, Thailand, where we'll be working with the Karen Tribes.

The Karen Hill Tribe constitutes the largest minority group in Thailand. Despite recent studies indicating that around 30% of their population has been introduced to the gospel of Jesus Christ, a significant 70% still awaits experiencing the love of the Lord.

In preparation for this mission, we are required to attend training sessions every Saturday morning leading up to the week before our departure. These sessions are vital for equipping us with the necessary cross-cultural skills. There's a nominal fee of 3,000 pesos for this training.

Additionally, there's a ground fee of 340 USD (roughly 19,000 pesos) covering transportation from the airport to the village, as well as our accommodation and food during the mission trip. Apart from these expenses, we also need to cover our airfare to and from Thailand. In total, I'm aiming to raise 35,000 pesos for this mission trip.

Any extra funds I receive will go directly to supporting the ministry in Thailand.
